Shipping policy

At SunWave Saunas, we take great care to ensure that every order arrives safely and on time. Please review the details below regarding how and when your items will ship.


Shipping Coverage

We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only.
We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.


Order Processing Time

Red Light Panels & Accessories

  • Processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • You will receive both an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Saunas

To ensure proper packaging, inspection, and secure freight preparation, all sauna orders require additional processing time.

  • Saunas ship out in 1–2 weeks after your order is placed.

  • This preparation window helps ensure your sauna arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Once your sauna leaves our facility, transit time typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on location.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

Red Light Therapy Panels & Accessories

  • Shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

  • Usual delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment.

Saunas (Freight Shipments)

  • Shipped via LTL freight carriers due to size and weight.

  • Includes curbside delivery and liftgate service.

  • The freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment.

  • Adult signature is required at delivery.

  • Drivers are not responsible for bringing items inside the home.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents.

  • Free shipping promotions, when offered, will be clearly stated.

  • If a sauna shipped with free shipping is later returned, the original outbound freight cost may be deducted from any refund.


Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your sauna or package as soon as it arrives.

  • If any exterior damage is visible on a sauna delivery, note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • If concealed damage is found after delivery, notify us within 5 days with photos so we can assist with a resolution.


Multiple Shipments

If your order includes both saunas and accessories/panels, they may ship separately. You will receive tracking for each package.


Delays and Exceptions

Shipping times may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • High seasonal volume

  • Supply chain factors

We will always keep you updated if known delays occur.


Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows a delivery but the package is missing:

  1. Check around your property and ask neighbors.

  2. Contact the carrier for details.

  3. If still unresolved, email us and we will assist you.
