The SunWave Difference

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy in line with wellness industry standards:

Red Light Therapy

You may return red light therapy panels within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. We stand by our panels and offer this extended return window to ensure you are fully satisfied. The panel must be in like-new condition with all original packaging, components, and manuals included to qualify for a refund. If a panel is returned damaged or with missing parts, we reserve the right to deny the return or charge a reasonable fee for repair/restocking.

Infrared Saunas

Due to the size, weight, and custom nature of sauna shipments, sauna returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience an issue with your sauna or would like to request a return, please contact our support team at support@sunwavesaunas.com within 30 days of delivery. We will review your request and guide you through the appropriate next steps based on the condition of the product and the nature of the issue.

Please note:

  • Sauna returns may be subject to restocking fees and must be in new or like-new condition.

  • Original shipping costs may be deducted from any refund if the item was delivered under a free shipping promotion.

  • Return freight shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or shipping damage.

To initiate a return or report a problem, please email support@sunwavesaunas.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will respond promptly to assist you.

Return Authorization (RMA)

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our support team. Contact us at support@sunwavesaunas.com within the allowed return period (60 days for panels, 30 days for saunas) to request an RMA. We will provide instructions on how to safely return the item. No returns will be accepted without an RMA, as we need to track and process your return properly

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not currently offer prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns on saunas (these large items require freight shipping). For smaller items like red light panels, we may provide a return label upon request, but the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If your order included “free shipping,” we will deduct the actual outbound shipping cost from your refund for returns.

Restocking Fees 

Returned saunas are subject to a restocking fee to cover inspection, cleaning, and repackaging. We charge a 25% restocking fee on returned sauna units. This fee will be deducted from your refund. No restocking fee is applied to red light therapy panel returns as long as they are returned in like-new condition.
